Experience:
Kathryn McNeil practices primarily in the area of Family Law. Her practice also includes Real Estate Conveyancing, Estate Planning (including drafting of Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and/or Personal Directives), and Estate Administration.
Kathryn has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal. She is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
Education
University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Women’s Studies with Distinction. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta in 2013.
