Liddell Law is committed to providing practical efficient legal solutions and services to our clients. We provide a wide range of services that respect the client’s time and specific needs.
While the Coronavirus restrictions have been lifted in Alberta, Liddell Law Office remains committed to the safety of our clients and staff. Our office has enhanced hygiene and cleaning protocols in place and offer various online options in order to assist our clients with their legal needs. We discourage walk in clients and request all clients schedule appointments prior to attending our office. We also request that clients reschedule their appointment if they have recently travelled on an airplane or outside of Alberta or have symptoms of a respiratory infection.
Options
Pay-as-you-go
Many of our clients prefer to work on a pay-as-you-go basis. For this type of service our hourly rates apply.
Fixed Fees
Deposit guaranteeing services, with Hourly rates applied after full use. This will apply but not limit to Family Law, Corporate Law
Retainer with progressive Hourly
This fee structure will be specifically for Real Estate and Estate Matters. (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Inter Vivos Trusts, Testamentary Trusts, Living Wills, life insurance, critical illness insurance, long term care insurance, registration of assets in joint ownership, tax planning with reference to estate) Exceptions May Apply
Case review and Consultations
Also a Fixed fee, spend up to Half an hour with a lawyer to review current case and/or provide information about the legal process/legal advice/strategy consultation
Initial Meeting
Our work starts by spending approximately 1 hour reviewing your case and advising you on your legal rights and next steps.
With Covid in the forefront of our minds we are doing online meetings as required.
